UNFF Provides Briefing on IAF Dialogue
1 November 2013: The United Nations Forum on Forests (UNFF) has released a note summarizing the outcomes of the Facilitative Dialogue Workshop on the International Arrangement on Forests (IAF).
The workshop discussed the future of multilateral processes related to forests and the ongoing inter-sessessional activities in preparation for the eleventh meeting of the UNFF (UNFF11) to be held May 2015. Discussions revealed the importance of increased political support for sustainable forest management (SFM) as well as greater support for UNFF focal points.
